Holding Deposit – 1 Week’s Rent
To reserve a property, you’ll need to pay a holding deposit. This secures the property while we complete the necessary checks.
Have Your Rent and Deposit Funds Ready
Ensure the remaining balance (first month’s rent + deposit) is available at least 3 days before your move-in date.
Stay Safe – Read the Action Fraud Guide
We strongly advise reading this guide to protect yourself against rental scams online and on social media.
