We were recently invited to attend the Burton Borough awards evening where Sue was asked to be a guest speaker and present awards to the work experience students. We were also delighted to receive an award for the “Best overall Work Experience” based on the feedback from students working with us.

The event was sponsored by Telford College and the Principal Graham Guest spoke about not only the importance of achieving qualifications but that of work experience making reference to students who had the experience and those who had not and the impact on securing employment post-college/university.  As a company, we feel that it is not only important to share our skills and knowledge in the industry but also to benefit from the ideas and skills that a younger generation can provide. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Burton Borough.

Cartway, Bridgnorth - £194,950

A beautifully presented period cottage on this historic street which links Low Town to High Town. Up until 1786, this was the only route between the two areas of the town which could be traveled by cart and had an unbelievable 50 pubs and eateries trading. Today we have this stunning cottage full of charm which would be a great first-time buy, rental property or holiday cottage.

Much improved by its current owners, 24 Cartway has an interesting layout and is classed as an 'upside down' house with a ground floor double bedroom complete with a multi-fuel burning stove, access to a cellar and a lovely bathroom.

The first floor features a spacious sitting/dining room (again with a multi-fuel burning stove) and a galley-style kitchen to the rear which gives access to a pleasant and elevated low-maintenance garden (as well as a low-level area suitable for a table and chairs). Available with no upward chain and full of character and original features.
