The property

Ground floor (main farmhouse)

Accommodation is accessed via front porch or utility room.  The kitchen and dining area have been updated while maintaining the essential farmhouse character by use of tile, brick and stone window sills and solid wood units.  The original fireplace provides a focal point.

The inner hallway has original tiles and leads to the living room and ground floor shower room. The shower room has a white suite comprising shower, wc and wash hand basin, tiled flooring, part tiled walls, feature recess and storage.

The living room has a beautiful wood burning stove in a feature brick fireplace with oak beam above, solid oak flooring, staircase ascending to the first floor and door to the porch.  The recess and window sill add to the beauty of this room.

The sitting room leads from the living room and has a lovely brick chimney breast, limestone flagstones which lead the eye to the french doors and gardens.  A wall of bespoke wooden doors provide extensive storage.

First floor

A galleried landing provides access to four double bedrooms and family bathroom.  The bathroom has a white suite comprising bath with shower above, wash hand basin and wc, tiled flooring, part tiled walls and storage. The master bedroom is a particular feature and has an oak beam and french doors leading to a balcony with views across the land and yet privacy to sit and enjoy the views.
