The property

Offers much charm and character with the original part believed to date back to the 1830’s.  The accommodation comprises an entrance porch with stable door, quarry tiled flooring and timber door leading to the kitchen/diner.  The large open plan kitchen/diner has a range of pine base and wall units, slate style tiled flooring, timber door leading to the living room and double doors leading to the side conservatory.  The living room has a wealth of exposed beams, fireplace with brick hearth and inset wood burner, staircase ascending to the first floor and timber door (insulated on one side) leading to a further door which could be used for furniture removal etc.
