Continue over the next roundabout to the the Old Park roundabout, take the 1st exit off onto onto Dawley Green Way then take the exit off Dawley Bank roundabout (still along West Centre Way). At the Heath Hill roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Spring Hill Road and proceed along and turn right into Manor Road where the property is indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
